het opwarmen van de spieren d.m.v. bijvoorbeeld inlopen. \nDaarna oefenen wij alle spiergroepen zoals buik &#8211; billen &#8211; rug &#8211; en borstspieren. \nBij de hartslag oefeningen komt het conditie gedeelte aan de orde waarbij het tempo verhoogd wordt. \nOp de mat oefenen we combinaties van yoga en pilates bewgingen.
